Willow House

A physician-led aesthetics practice competing against med-spas that lean on retouched results and urgency discounts. The clinical standard was the differentiator and nothing on the site showed it.

The problem

Looking like everyone else is a clinical risk, not just a brand one.

In aesthetics, the visual language of the category — glossy skin, hard sells, countdown offers — reads as untrustworthy to exactly the patient a physician-led practice wants. The people with the highest lifetime value are the most sceptical ones.

The old site also buried the two things that decide a booking: who is actually holding the needle, and what the result honestly looks like at week one versus month three.

What we did

Three decisions that carried it.

  1. 01

    Slowed the whole thing down

Unhurried typography, generous space, no urgency mechanics anywhere. The pace of the page is the argument — this is a practice, not a promotion.

  2. 02

    Led with the physician

Credentials, face, and philosophy above the treatment menu. People book a person before they book a procedure.

  3. 03

    Told the truth about results

Real timelines and real ranges next to every treatment, including what it does not do. Honest ceilings convert better than implied miracles.

Where it landed

A site that reads as a medical practice with taste, and gives a cautious patient every reason to trust it before the consultation.
